Chocolate Sauce from Scratch

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
2 cups confectionary sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp instant coffee
Directions
Bring all ingredients (except instant coffee) to a boil slowly.
Lower heat and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in instant coffee. Let sit at least 1.5 hours on counter before serving.
