Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients:

Pie Crust

18 Oreos or other chocolate vanilla sandwich cookies

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

Crush cookies and mix with butter.

Press in pie plate and bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes.

Refrigerate for 1 hour after crust has cooled.

Ingredients:

Pie Filling

24 regular size marshmallows

1/2 cup milk plus 1 tablespoon

1.5 ounces creme de cacao

1.5 ounces of creme de menthe

1 cup whipping cream

1/4 cup of crumbled Oreas or other chocolate sandwich cookies

Directions:

Melt marshmallows and milk together in double boiler.

Add creme de cacao and creme de menthe.

Whip cream in separate bowl and fold into mixture.

Add to pre-baked pie shell and top with crumbled Oreos

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
